Behind successful transformation of any institution or sector there is an effectual partnership, which emphases prior commitments from stakeholders to address uncertainties to sustainable tourism. The tourism stakeholder commitments are reflected in the public-private partnership, stakeholder-oriented planning, and the government sponsored development. In Rwanda, the public-private partnership identified is considered for development of public services, though challenged with indistinguishable responsibilities of actors. The tourism stakeholder-oriented planning favors the constant invitation of private stakeholders to always participate in the elaboration of some tourism development strategies but constrained with capital shortage and institutions weakness. The government sponsored tourism developments are visible but lack levy fund for that. However, more elaborated partnerships are needed to motivate investors, stakeholder-oriented planning needs more capacity building, and state-sponsored tourism developments need earmarked fund....
Trust is a crucial component in business relations, and also a precondition for peoples adoption of electronic services. This study addresses challenges regarding trust in online financial trade. Results indicate that brokerage companies acting in a dishonest way, along with dominant patterns of fear, greed and lack of knowledge and awareness among clients, lead to frequent losses of money. Which leads to a lack of trust in brokers, brokerage companies and the business domain. The way technology is used increases the challenges of risk and an unequal relation between client and brokerage companies. Self-ethnography has been used as a method, where observations, interviews and conversations were performed. Suggestions are to do further research in order to identify how mechanisms for trustworthiness, accountability and transparency can be created in the business domain, in which management of records will play a central role....

Knowledge Management (KM) projects are socio-technical systems that enable knowledge\nactivities and ensure that the right knowledge gets to the right person at the right time. The\ncrucial role of KM in achieving companies organizational objectives generates a great\ninterest in KM projects and an increasing trend in KM adoption. As the number of KM\napplications is growing, there is a focus shift towards measuring performance of such KM\nprojects in order to rationalize their usage. In fact, there have been several models\ndeveloped for KM performance measurement in the literature. While most of these models\naddress mainly the performance of the whole KM of the organization and do not assess each\nKM project separately. Other measurement models are tailored for a specific KM project. In\nthis work, we propose a generic KM performance measurement model fitting any kind of\nKM projects. This model is built on existing KM models literature and enhanced with\ntheoretical findings. In particular, it is composed of three interrelated sub-models: KM\nprocesses, socio-technical influencing KM factors and KM key performance indicators.\nMoreover, it follows the reference modeling design process in view of producing a high\nquality model....
The Czech economy is ready to adopt the euro. The reasons for the postponement of the\neuro adoption process are merely political. People are sceptical when it comes to the euro\n(also in the light of the existing debt crisis in the euro area); consequently, political\ninstitutions do not promote the euro introduction. Concerns thus remain. We can expect\nanalogical development in the Czech Republic as that of Slovakia or Slovenia, as these\neconomies are similar. Actual inflation did not increase in either of the two countries;\nhowever, the perceived inflation was quite high. The prospect of the euro introduction\ndepends on how to avoid worries about inflationary implications of the introduction of the\neuro. The communication and information campaign should focus on eliminating the\nconcerns about the euro introduction....
